The IIHF Women's World Championship will once again come down to a USA vs Canada showdown tonight.  The US team will be looking to erase the memory of a 5-1 loss in the preliminary round, while Canada will be looking to build off of a championship here as they head into preparation for the 2022 Winter Olympics.

IIHF Championship Game Preview

Team USA features former Clarkson defenseman, Savanah Harmon.  She has contributed 1 assist in 5 games for the US.  

Team Canada is lead by 4 former Golden Knights. On the blueline, Ella Shelton, Erin Ambrose, & Renata Fast anchor down a great team defense for Canada and Jamie Lee Rattray has 3 goals and 1 assist in 6 games.  Both Ambrose and Fast have 2 goals and 3 assists in 6 games.  Shelton has a goal and 2 assists.
