Chestertown, Md – The Washington College women's volleyball team pulled out a five-set victory (25-19, 18-25, 25-23, 21-25, 15-13) against the Muhlenberg Mules, in a Centennial Conference match on Saturday afternoon at Penny J. Fall Gymnasium. The Shorewomen improve to 9-11 (2-6) while the Mules drop to 10-12 (3-6).
For the Shorewomen
- Courtney Maxwell (15 kills), Angelina Schaber (14 kills, .407 hitting), Jenna Daunoras (11 kills, .588 hitting), Sylvia Johnson (11 kills, team-high 15 digs).
For the Mules
- Esmae Oehler (12 kills), Jenna Stockfeder (8 kills), Rachel Jacobs (8 kills), Alyssa Faville (23 digs)
Notes
- The Shorewomen hit .187 (62 kills/31 errors/166 attempts) while the Mules hit .111 (48 kills/31 errors/153 attempts).
- Washington College honored Jensyn Hartzell, Daunoras and Lauren Zedlar prior to the match on Senior Day.
